Welcome to this portal. Yes, legally U should provide. A nationalised bank provided phtocopies of relevant vouchers to my friend under RTI. U can charge photocopy charges as per RTI rules of your state. However a person not connected to society or matter may not be entitled to it. U may study sec 8 of RTI Act.
