Recently, Chief Information commissioner allows to give information regarding power of attorney and special power of attorney registered with sub-registrar office. In case of will the same is allowed provided the executant is not alive. Earlier these documents can be provided only to the executors, witnesses and their agents under India Registration Act.      |
