I look at the implementation of the Act in a different angle. What has happened ? Our Parliament has enactedted a miraculous Act and entrusted it with the government. It was good rushing it through without giving the vested interests any rection time to put impedements. The government put old bureucrates who were responsible for necessitating such an enactment as Policemen on guard to see that NO ONE TAKE AWAY ANY INFORMATION THAT DOES NOT SUIT THE SYSTEM OR LIEKLY TO EXPOSE PAST CORRUPTION.
