Dear Sir I have married at the year 1998 at Baripada ( Orissa) and also my home is at Sambalpur (Orissa). Even I am working at Burla, Sambalpur (Orissa) all are under Orissa jurdisication. But at year 2004 my wife went to Baripada and from there she went to New Delhi where her brother is serving. At the year 2005 she filled a maintanace case at room no 20 pataiala courts, New delh. So I am wondering how such case is received by the same courts. best regards Rajani Kanta Dash      |

An RTI Forum does not mean that the members of the forum are required to provide you with any/all information that you may seek. Lolz. I dont see how your query has anything to do with RTI. By the way, a maintainence/divorce case can be filed from three places 1. Place of marriage (where the marriage was registered 2. Place of residence of wife 3. Place of residence of husband |

Dear Sir Sorry to disturb you. But I am asking such question because (1) Plave of marriage is Baripada ( Orissa) (2) Residence of my wife is also at Baripada (orissa ) you can also check their phone no 06792 254278 (3) Place of the residence of husband is at Sambalpur (Orissa). No sir, its no disturbance to me, but chk for same with the owner of this forum  In your post you said that she went to her brother in new delhi. and i assume she is presently residing there. thus she has become a resident of new delhi. hope that clears doubts |
