Hi ALL,
I am a software engineer working in CSC.I am very upset as i didnt get my passport even after 2 years.first of all i applied in ghaziabaad & then after leaving my college i transferred my file to patna office due to change in adress.I am loosing lakhs of rupees because of passport.I need to go US soon but i haven't passport.please advise me how to fill RTI,and how it can help me.

thanks ganpat for valuable information,but now i need passport urgently.please advice me wat shuld i do.may i convert general passport application to imergency application,or what is other best way to get it.thanks in advance
