APIO Fined Rs.8000/- alongwith compensation of Rs.1500/- The IC-Punjab, Hon'ble DS Kahlon, on 8-7-10, slapped a penalty to Mr. Sakti Sagar Bhatia, APIO, Municipal Corporation,Amritsar for not providing information with in 30 days time, along with a compensation to me for Rs.1500/-. Still he to provide me the information before next date of hearing fixed for 5-10-10.

On next date if the information is not provided, i will try to seek the penalty u/s 20(2) i.e.departmental action.
