I was recently subjected to assesssment for promotion through DPC. iam afraid that there were some calculated move against me . Our organistion has a prescribed score card for asessment. Can I ask for my score through RTI. There were a few more who were assessed along with me. Can i ask through RTI how much they scored to ensure I was not descriminated.Can I ask fro the file notings and proceedings of DPC through RTI?      |

eantonyji, the answer to all your queries is: yes, certainly. any examination or assessment conducted by a public body and having civil consequences on the candidates is in public domain and ought to be available to the aggrieved candidates. why dont you just make an application under RTI and see what happens? |
