abhedanand, If the PIO is nice , he will give it to you.Most likely your request will be rejected because the Government cannot act as a record keeper on behalf of private citizens (as it is their own records are not kept properly !).There is a similar precedent where PIO denied, FAA denied and the CIC rejected the Second Appeal on the above grounds.Just as citizens expect the PIO and the PA to be diligent and maintain records properly, we also should at least maintain copies of our correspondance till the next cleaning drive in our houses/offices. |
