Speed limit for vehicles in India is 90 K.M ,then why the Govt is allowing the vehicles manufecturers to make vehicles with a speed of 200 K.M/H

In India the maximum vehicle speed is 90 K.M/H then why the Govt is allowing the manufecturer to produce the vehicles with a speed of 200 K.M /H . Even the M/cycles are found having speed of 200 K.M/H . To check the speed limit the Govt has to spend a lot money and man power. Kindly comment

very good topic Mr.Rajesh. Speed governers are fitted with heavy vehicles based on court intervention.

I think,if we take up the issue,either something similar or at the manufacturing stage some restrictions in maximum speed could be imposed,specially for vehicle marketed in India.
