we are resident of parvana apartment,plot no. GH 08,sector 21D,Faridabad.In front of apartment service road has not been constructed.due to this we have to cross main road to enter our apartment.the common speed of vehicle at front road of apartment(total nos. of apartment-7) are 60-70 km/h.daily minor/major accident occurs.we are scared to our life .i have talked many times to sdo of HUDA.they r not taking any action.

You should always give ur representation in writing duly signed by all the members of your locality, rather than talking verbally.

As Nile0611 said first of all submit the representation(s) then after 15 days file an application under RTI Act-2005 asking regarding the details of " complete details of each and every proceedings/notings/orders etc thereafter the receipt of your representation(s).
Ask the details of each and every proceedings/expenditure done earlier with the construction of the road in question including cost,quantity & quality of the material used and money spent on the same.
Also ask the names and designations of the officers involved/responsible for the construction/checking the quality and quantity of the same road and the date wise copy(s) of satisfaction/No objection/completion certificate/report issued by the concerned officers of HUDA to the contractor(s)/employees etc.
