pushparajshetty, You can file a RTI application with the PIO of your cooperative society. Most likely they will not have a PIO and they will send the application back to you. Then complain to the Registrar of Cooperative Societies that your society has not implemented the RTI Act. Alternatively, you can directly file the RTI application with the Registrar of Cooperative Societies and he will get the minutes for you or instruct the Secretary of the society to give you the minutes. Your RTI application has to be as per Maharashtra RTI Rules and Fees. These area available in the guide section of this forum (link on top right hand side of this page). |
