pension my freinds father name sitaram khatkale working in fraco india at byculla they retired at year 2000 but still he is not receving the pension he had completed all the documantion of company the company was reply with ans like month end,year end, incomplete doc, not came frm calcutta main office ,now they say it has been cancel due to so many year had past when we ask for RTI then they says we will try for u r pension pls guide me how to file rti against this company account dept.

RTI is only applicable to Government organisations and Government companies.
