Non issuence of noc
Dear Sir/Madam,
I am working as a Probationary Officer in a nationalised bank. I have appplied for other post in other bank . They require me to submit NOC at the time of interview. But my bank is reluctant to give me NOC even after giving them application. Can i ask the reason for the delaying under RTI ACT? Please help me in this matter.

If it is a nationalised bank, yes you can ask.Sponsorer
Ask for "Under Sec 4(1)(d) of the RTI Act, please provide me the reason for your administrative decision not to give me a NOC"
