Need Help: Information required regarding Residential Building

Hi,

I require Municipal details of a particular Building in Mumbai.
Required is the extract of Inspection Register showing the details of rent (for each room) of the in the year between the years 1961 and 1976.

Also, would like to know if we can get a list of tenants of the particular building (Room No. wise) between the years 1961-1976 as per Municipal records.

Pls. guide me as to how and from what department this information can be obtained.
