Installation of Internet tower over roof

I am a resident of Powai. My society has installed a tower over the roof of the society. I do not know if the society has taken permission from its members to install the tower. I have written to the society asking for all the documents pertaining to the tower installation.

also I would like to know what are the health implications of this installation and what can be done to reduce the health problems. also I have a new born baby in the house, hence I request any one to kindly help me.
