Urgent - if PIO/APIO do not accept application
If your APIO or PIO not allow to accept RTI complaint and nat receipt of same what to do? can i send my application to main office in INDIA

You can directly complain under Sec 18(1)(a) to the SIC or CIC , as the case may be.Sponsorer
Otherwise send it to the PIO of the head office.

Send it by registered post and if the envelope returns keep it for record while filing your complain to CIC/SIC

Urgent - if PIO/APIO does not accept application can you please tell me where is the PIO or CIC or SIC offices situated in Mumbai for Naval Dockyard,Fort,Mumbai.the thing is APIO is neither accepting my application nor is ready to give me any feedback,information,forms or suggestion to my queries.

Why are you even meeting the PIO/APIO
