The PIO (Collectorate, Puri, Orissa) says your identity is not satisfactory
I had sought a copy of the Puri temple stampede judicial enquiry. However, the PIO rejected my application stating that "your identity is not satisfactory". I didn't attach any form of identity document with the application. Please advise me. Thanks.

The Orissa RTI Rules do require the applicant to submit proof of identity.Sponsorer
Please refer to the Rules in the Guide section of the portal: RTI Guide
Just resubmit the application with proper identity proof.
