Rti informations from consulate general of india,chicago

Hi Every one ,

I am very new member here. i have some queries plz help me in regards to them.

1.Does Power of Autonomy not attested by Indian Consulate,chicago, if it is misused, at a wrong jurisdiction,with wrong purpose & with wrong information of representation, by a power of attorney holder is valid and legal?

2. Can some one help me to get email id of Consulate General of India,Chicago, USA ?

3. Can i send RTI Application for a required information, from Indian Embassy,Chicago under Email id and at the same time by Registered post,with application fee and information fee,equalant in dollars

Kindly help me in this regards, as it is vy vy urgent.

You can file a RTI application with the MEA in New Delhi with request to transfer the application under Sec 6(3) of the RTI Act to the PIO of IE, Chicago.
