Information: Regarding type of information through RTI

Dear Sir
I furnish my application to provide information from any CPIO in such a manner that "Why any work Was Not Done as per his office order (reference letter given) ?"
but CPIO did not give any information and said that as per DOPT OM ----- of 2006 "Why" question can not arised.
You are kindly requested please inform it is authenticated or not.
provide the copy of Order.

the CPIO is true that the question like 'why' can not be asked under RTI act.
for the order of goa high court go to the official website of rti.gov.in and see cercular there.

Agar CPIO WHY ka answer nahi deata hai to fir wo kuch bhi ansewr dega to use hame sahi manna padega aur ham uske kisi wrong work ke liye kaise aur kise complian karenge. wo apna rule khud banayega aur todega.

aisa nahi hai, why ka answer court ki jurisdiction main aata hai. aisey to phir har aadmi boss ho jaiyga. dost ye bashes ka mudda nahi hai kyo ki goa high court ka oder - writ petition no- 419 of 2007 dated 3/4/0, yahi kehta hai.

i can't find goa high court oder - writ petition no- 419 of 2007 dated 3/4/0, you are kindly requested to provide the above said order so that i can make my first appeale to competent authority within specific time.
