I need the help of a RTI activist based at Lucknow.
My second appeal is scheduled for hearing on 13/8/08 at UP CIC.
I am trying to reach but due to unforseen circumstances may be held up.

If you are unable to attend the hearing on 13th August, why dont you send your request for postponement? The SIC of UP is flexible. Surely they might consider the request. You can also provide them with your contact telephone number, so they can carryout the hearing through audio conferencing. Am not sure if its done in Lucknow, but OP Kejarwal of CIC, New Delhi, has been carrying out such audio conferencing very successfully.

I've been visiting Lucknow for about 18 months now in connection with an appeal filed by me with the UPCIC. Telconferencing or video conferencing is not possible... at least this is what was told to me.
