HI every body, well i m sorry to use some expletive as my friend Ganapati.... objected to . ANY WAY I M EXTREMELY SORRY for using it. In future i will be quite careful. anyways my question of askign info about Personal File of a govt. servant is still unanswered i repeat . my query is wheather i can ask my deptt. for xerox of PFs of few officers as i guess i was told by this forum that in govt. service only criterion for promotion is seniority if some outstanding performance is the reason then it should be reflected . Because i wanna be on strong footing before i throw an rti applicaiton to my Secretary . thereafter i plan to sue my deptt. through court of law. take care guys. nick chauhan      |
