    Hi Team,

    I am in need of your help in rectifying issue related to my BSNL land line & broad band connection. The issue is My complaint has been closed without addressing all the issues (please find below the mail I had sent to all emails Ids I came accross in BSNL). Can you guid me how RTI can help me in this.

    Hello Sir,

    Another huge disappointment. My complaint has been closed without addressing all the issues that I had raised via formal call to “1500” and personally visiting Electronic city Phase-1 office. The resolution is quite unsatisfactory from last six months I am just paying the bills with no usage at all.

    Brief History:
    Local Shift was pending for more than 6 months & after rigorous follow up and personally visiting Electronic city Phase-1 office, finally I manage to got it.

    But unfortunately my pain increases after that, since I never mange to use the Phone connection nor Broad band connection for which I am paying monthly around Rs.1000/-. I hope looking at the history of my data usage & call history you would understand the reasons for my dissatisfaction and frustration that I have been undergoing for over one year on having a connection in my name with no telephone line working in proper condition.
    Every time I call “1500” they will raise complain & give me one no. but the line-man close it without addressing all the issues. Though I have escalated it to Mr Nimbalkar & Mr. Kulbargi ( officers in-charge of Electronic city Phase-1 office ), I mange to get one repeated answer “ we will rectify it asap”. I still remember the numerous visits that I had made to the BSNL Electronic city office for a solution, now literally tired & decided to escalate it to your level.
    Current Problem:
    There are two things which have to be rectified:
    1. My phone (no:2XXXXXX) is dead, fresh complaint no: 23080084 is logged need to be started.
    2. Undisrupted broadband connection need to be started, Whenever I call technical team of yours on”1502” they will route me to ping IP address198.162.1.1 & check, after that they will simply disconnect the phone. Least bother whether its working or not.

    Solution expected:
    1) My phone which is dead needs to be started without cross connection issue and huge disturbance which they are not yet able to rectify from the day they had given me connection.
    2) To immediately ask somebody who is responsible to look into my Broadband connection problem and rectify it to enable availability of services.

    There is public grievance resolution machinery at BSNL. Please refer MANUAL FOR CONSUMERS’ EDUCATION AND PREVENTION OF THEIR GRIEVANCES.

    Hi GL,
    I have also applied for BSNL landline and broadband connection in Electronics city area in the month of December. Till now they have not given any connection. I have been to the office and spoken to Mr. Nimbalakar (JTO) but to no avail. After reading your post, I am hugely dissapointed. Did you get any solution to your problem?
