Hi, I had filed a marital dispute petition in Delhi Legal Service Authority & requested for counseling, but there my fatherInLaw (FIL) gave a 8 page complaint - typical dowry complaint, etc. I have been adviced to file a trade/tax complaint against FIL as he runs a Dairy product business. I am also adviced to send the complaint to (a) The Commisioner, Trade/Tax N.Delhi, (b) CM office (c) Public Grevience - which I have done already Please let me know the following: i) Template to file the first RTI application & amount of Postal Order to be purchased. If any1 has already filed such complaint kindly pass it on to me. ii) template to follow up the First RTI application iii) Points I should note so that RTI is not rejected If there is anything that I should not please let me know.
