Dear Friends,

I have some basic questions. If anyone clarifies me would be much appreciated.

1) I purchased the land near Avadi, chennai. The layout for the site was posted in 1989. Is it possible to get Land approval?

2) I have to apply for the documents "Adangal", "Chitta", "Patta" and FMB sketch. What are the procedures?

3) How much the amount have to spend to get the above.

Please advice. Thanks in advance.
