I submitted an application for information under the RTI Act-2005 to Municipal Corporation on 28/05/08. PIO didnt reply so I filed First appeal on 07/07/2008 to FAA. Now they replied on 30/07/08 but given incomplete information. I want to file second appeal but where SIC OR CIC ? Please note second appeal/complaint is to be addressed to UP State Information Commissioner at following address and not to CIC, Delhi Please guide & help me out my dear learned friends regards      |
