The matter of your query is not related to this forum. Kindly visit their sister forum Bighelpers.org or your local RTO office for real help! Last edited by jiwateshwar; 08-08-2008 at 05:18 PM. |

First, you need to take the NOC for your car from Bangalore. Next step is to pay the entry tax in Chennai.. For my car (indica xeta 2006), it came around 8000 rs. After entry tax, with that receipt, you need to apply for re-registration.. You can do it yourself or approach some agents.. For me with agent it costed 25000 rs. After 1 month of application, you will get an intimation from Chennai RTO that, your file has been sent to Bangalore for verification.. Usually, your file in Bangalore will not move until you push from your side.. So I spent another 1000 to get back the verification certificate... So In total, I spent near to 40K to get it re-registered... You can now think of yours and decide whether to move or dispose their itself... |
