Pension Arrears Claim
Representation was made to AG Chennai in person after submitting written request by post month back.AG Office searched the cupboard, retrieved the dusted plea , replied the PAY& ACCOUNTS office was the concerned office to deal the subject. PAY& ACCOUNTS Office replied in the negative. showed the way to AG.Remedy clarified by submitting RTI Application to AG. Within a month arrears were sanctioned ,orders issued by the same AG Office.Thanks to RTI Act.
