Radapuram Tirunelveli Dt Tamilnadu- Govt Hospital was notorious for several irregularities.Manned by two Doc-s coming from outside town.Punctuality,sincerity given goodbye. woes of poor patients not cared Emergency Accident treatment ignored,maternity services not upto mark.IP,OP Services incomplete,Medico Legal post mortem services put on hold.
Local public observed hartal and hunger strike to streamline hospital services.Public agitations were blunted by persuading Hr officials and bribing local politicians.Highlighting irregularities monday petition was submitted to collector. Taking cues from the response of collector RTI APPLICATIONS were submitted to receive information on the performance in different Fronts.Med officers were circumvented to put things in order.HIGHER UPS were informed of hollowness in the public service.Now TWO yrs relentless fight of public begin to yield favourable results after the use of RTI Brammastra to corner corrupt officials of GH Radapuram.Credit goes to RTI and Social Activists unrelenting endeavors
