| Hello, I am in trouble since last 6 years about a criminal case under section 138 N.I.Act. Please suggest some remedy. Since last 6 years I am fighting the case but accused are managed to obtain stay from session court and than from High Court Last edited by ganpat1956; 08-08-2008 at 11:06 PM.     |

Are you loosing the case due to lack of evidence? Who is the account holder of the cheque? By the way, in this forum we can only guide you towards making the information accessible to yourself. Nothing more than that. For other help, visit the sister forum http://www.bighelpers.org/ |
