It is mentioned that the funding will be given to SICs/ATIs and in the format of application CTI is also mentioned. There is no elaboration to ATI and CTI in the Memo. Please clarify about ATI and CTI. Besides SIC, to whom we may ask under RTI in the State Govt. to furnish "whether any proposals are submitted/to be submitted to the Ministry under this scheme.Sponsorer
