| If anyone can tell me How will the concerned PIO send me the information. I filed an RTI application on 26 Feb but didn't get any response till yet. What should be my next step. |

| If you had applied for the information by filling in the complete address of your's and also deposited the requisite fees, then the PIO is supposed to respond to you at your stated address. If you want to tally whether your application followed the correct procedure, download the sample form prepared by us from here: http://www.rtiindia.info/download/p1...1/p13_fileid/2 If you did not get response with the correct procedure followed, you can appeal to the 1st appellant authority of the PIO, who is usually the next senior Officer.
