dear sir/madam i too need help to frame queries in respect to info on Screening Board proceedings held by Army Headquarters Military Secretary's Branch. All i get that info sought is exempt under section 8(i) (j). Is Screening Board is akin to DPC for the protion to selection grade Colonel? Last edited by ganpat1956; 08-08-2008 at 11:22 PM. Please let us know what exactly the information you need. Hypothetical questions won't suffice. I could not follow as to what you meant by selection grade colonel. Promotion to Colonel is always by selection and not by selection grade. |
