Does anyone know as to where I can obtain a copy of the Chandigarh RTI Act. Some amendments regarding fee were made to the act. However a copy of the new act is not available anywhere. Even the Chandigarh administration website provides us with a copy of the old RTI Act itself. In these circumstances, is it not appropriate for an applicant to neglect the amendments and file his application in accordance with the old RTI Act itself? I have not been able to get a copy of the Chandigarh RTI Act at the local Law Book store also.     |
