Delay in supply of LPG refill cylinders

    Sir,
We are facing a lot of problem in getting LPG refills in time. Our view is that the dealer or proprietor is indulged in doing mal practices, such as black marketing, avoiding doot to door supply, etc. In this connetion can we ask the HPCL authorities for the information that how much cylinders supply he is getting and how many cylinders he is supplying to the genuine consumers.
    Thanking you

    Abdul,

You can address your RTI application to the CPIO of HPCL.
The details of how to apply and the list of CPIO's of HPCL are available here:

RTI- Right to Information - HINDUSTAN PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED

HPCL is a Public Authority under the centre so you must follow RTI Rules and fees for the centre. The fees can be paid by a IPO of Rs. 10.00.

    Arun,

Besides what ambrish mentioned, please try to draft a application yourself.
You can upload it here and our members will suggest changes, if necessary.
The draft application will also help other members and guests, who might be facing similar issues like you.
