Residence association member
Hi,
I m new in this forum.
I am living in a community with a registered association.There were general body meetings held and minutes were taken.The administraters are refusing to circulate the minutes among members. Can I ask them "must be circulated among members under the RTI Rules". Is there a law for such claim?

Welcome to the forum.
Registered associations and societies are directly not covered under the RTI, you will have to file a RTI query with the authority where your association is registered and they will in turn issue directions or get the information for you.
