Dear Gowriprasad, Since you have already filed the necessary papers for refund of your PF amount, now you can rightfully follow up the same using the RTI Act. Our member jps50 has put up a nice blog on various PF problems here:http://www.rtiindia.org/forum/blogs/...dent-fund.html. I am sure you will find this very useful. Also please go through the innumerable threads in this portal RTI India - Threads Tagged with provident fund
