I am an employee of a private company, & my provident fund has been deposited last 7 years. Now I wish to take some money from my pf account, without closing my account. I would like to know the rule & terms condition to apply & get the same as earliest possible.
You can take "Refundable" as well as "Non-Refundable" Loan from your provident fund. Apply through your employer on appropriate Form.
Also watch your PF Account through Internet. See Below
First you should directly ask your HR deptt. to provide your PF Number, however, employer neglect your request, just approach Regional PF Office and consult EDP section. (You have to be smart and humble while requesting EDP section, just tell your company and your name, the person will verify your records through computer and will let you know the exact status as on date)

Even though this thread gives a lot of information regarding the PF and the details of the PF but it doest tell teh actual process one needs to follow to get the loan on PF.If anyone is well versed with the process please do let me know as I am in great need of this process rite now.
You can also take interest-free loans from the accumulated PF. Well, it is actually your money and when you take a loan, the loan amount will not earn interest and this lost interest is your interest cost.
In fact this from is doing this extra bit service as large number of people are PF Blues sufferer. PF is not the topic of this forum. As large number of threads are list by the search engines, the page rank of the threads are quite high. That's why you are directed here.
