2. Please supply the certified copies of the monthly expenditure on purchase for Eating / chewing of tobacco “PAAN” by Sh. Ansar Alam (E.E) Building Department, City Zone, MCD, Delhi.
3. Please supply the list of ingredients in the tobacco. ”PAAN” each habitually by Sh.’ Anir Alam (E:E) Building Department, City Zone, MCD, Delhi.
4. Please supply the name of the shop were the “PAAN” are purchased by SI,. Ansar Alam (E.E) Building Department, City Zone, MCD, Delhi for eating/chewing of tobacco “PAAN” by Sh. Ansar Alam (El) Building Department, City Zone, MCD, Delhi.
5. Please supply the certified copies of the permission taken’ by Sli. Ansar Alani (EE) Building Department, City Zone, MCD, Delhi, from the Deputy Commissioner, City Zone, MCD, Delhi, to habitually eat/chew tobacco “PAAN” in his office and the complex of City Zone,MCD, Delhi.
