cash not recd but actt debited-shared net work

dear sir
i tried to widrawcash from ICICI BANK ATM ALIGANG LUCKNOW RS

2000 ON10/12/07 BUT DID NOT GET CASH HOWEVER A/C 10939170507 IN SBI MG MARG LUCKNOW BRANCH DEBITED.I REPORTED THE MATTER ON 11/12/2007 TO CHIEF MANAGER OF SAID SBI BRANCH.AFTER 07 MONTHS I WAS ASKED TO CONTACT SAID ICICI BRANCH ALIGANJ LKO.I CONTACTED MISS RITU MITTAL BRANCH OPERATION MANAGER.SSHE TOLD ME THAT CMPLAINT SHOULD COME THROUGH SBI BRANCH ISSUING DEBIT CARD.THIS WAS AGAIN REPORTED TO SBI BRANCH ON 26/07/2008.

In case you want to resolve the matter using RTI you may navigate the links to file the application but I must tell you that ICICI is not a public authority and is not covered under RTI Act.

But SBI is under RTI Act. Thus you could file a normal application or complaint with SBI asking them to issue the required direction to ICICI Bank. Along with this file an RTI application seeking copy of action taken report or proceedings in regards to your application.
