I have filed second appeal in my case against State Bank Of Saurashtra to

as informed by the bank's D.G.M on 06/06/08 but till date I have not received any reply/ acknoledgement from the CIC please guide me whether any appeal no. etc. was to be given or not. who should I approach to know that my appeal is moving in the right direction or not.

No. Due to pendency, at least 9-12 months is waiting period for normal second appeals to CIC for hearing.

Dear Sir,
I have received the feed back that the second appeal might take almost 9 to 12 months due to pending cases, well in this case I might be put into trouble because based on this information i have to plan my future action,does the appeal get settled first come first serve basis or it varies from case to case.

causelist for 27-8-2008 shows : Registration-No Received Date as 05/07/2008 and date of hearing on :27/08/2008 . Then how come wait for atleast 9-12 months for hearing. can anyone pls. explain

It depends on which department it pertains to, the work distribution in CIC and which IC is hearing the case.
