Hi I would like to know the Rights of Dog Owners and Laws for Licenced Dog in Mumbai. I have a Dog having Licence from BMC and she is getting vaccination regularly. She stays with us and we never let her stray outside alone. We take her for toilet outside of society. She is staying with my family for the last five years and the flat is of my own. Recently the society members raised an objection that I cannot keep The Dog inspite of a valid BMC licence and repeatedly harassing me. Is such a bye law of housing society is legal? Please let me know the Rights of Licenced Pet Dog Owners and also Dog Laws as per BMC. Thanks.      |
