Refund of E-stamp papers
Refund of E-stamp papers in Delhi (Area East Patel Nagar)
Pls help to know about the refund process & time taken by officials.
Actually i bought estamp papers of rs.34500/- to register a sale deed in Jul10 in delhi. I gave money to the property dealer to bring the estamp papers but by mistake he bought it into some different name which he refund to accept the mistake. Then we apply for refund through him. Now, I don't know whether he applied it or not or he just telling us the stories. How do i know that he applied or not. how much time it takes to get the refund so that I can get the paper issued again and get the sale deed registered.
