there are two most safe places to hide RDX , illegaly held arms, incriminate documents- inside a religious institution or in a bank's locker. It is next to impossible to annoy the custodian of faiths in India . What about bank's lockers ? Why the contens to be kept inside the lockers shouldn't be made public ? why corrupt to the core people be encouraged to keep their ill-gotten money /wealth in PSU banks for which 24X7 security is to provided by the state at the cost of the exchequer?     |
