Hello, I've filed a application for my wife's passport almost two months back in Pune, Maharashtra. I've not recieved any response from them yet. The status page of pune passport websites says "Police verification not recieved yet" (something like this, I don't remember the exact words). I think we should normally get the passport in 45 working days. I want to file a RTI to see what's happening with the passport. Could you please suggest me on: 1. How to file an application? 2. What information should I ask them? 3. Where should I submit the RTI application? 4. How much I'll have to pay them? Thanks for your help.      |
