I have our parental house in Nizamuddin Basti with No-155. The title deed was not transfered in the name of children, i.e in the name of my mother and her brothers and sisters. I have came back from Canada after many years. Now I want to know whether the Deed was been transferred in my mother and her brothers and sisters name or still in my late grandfather's name ? Who is the owner of the Title Deed ?      |
