about cast validity certificate of NT-D

hi this Rajendra Bhimraj Dongare, my cast is NT-D, and i submitted you all my document for verification of cast certificate in VJTI college, Matunga , Mumbai. almost complete 1year till the date i didn't get the certificate from them.

please give me proper guidance for my validity certificate. where i contact for that, give me quick replay

Write a simple application to head of college and mark a copy of the same to VC of the University (which college is affiliated) and in case of no action in 20/25 days, file RTI application with PIO of University for action taken report on your application.
