Income Tax refund after RTI

I just wanted to share the happy news that I have used RTI to get the status of IT Refund for the A.Y. 2008-09. I have filed the application and sent it to our hyderabad IT office CPIO.

The IT commissioner has replied saying that the bank details were missing and they will take the details from the application which I have sent them.

Thank you!!!! It was very effective and quick as I have sent the application on 14th, it reached them on 17th and 21st they have replied.....I got it on 23rd....Awesome!!! Than you for all those who have contributed to this forum.

I am attaching my application for others' use.

When can I expect the amount to get deposited. The IT commissioner has mentioned that they have forwarded the request to Refund Banker for deposit.
