birth certificate date of birth change

Hi Admin,

Very happy to find this site. My actual date of birth is July 21 1989 and i was born in ponnur, Guntur Dt, Andhra Pradesh, India( this is my mother's parents place). But my hospital officials changed that to july 22 1989 and Muncipality officials gave same date birth certificate.. but from my 10 th certificate and that continued in everything else , I mentioned as date of birth is 21 july 1989 ..Now i need date of birth certificate to get passport.

Can u plz suggest me that ow to get birth certificate with date 21 july 1989.... plz mail ur valuble suggetions to (Posting of mail ids is against RTI India - Forum Rules - hence deleted)
