How to Obtain House Record in Sonepat (Haryana)

Sir, Our House is in the name of our grandfather and we want to withdraw the house record for it and thus we approach to Municipal committee office in Ganaur Distt. Sonipat, State: Haryana but the M.C office personnel is giving the copy of house record.
Sir the reason behind is that: THE HOUSE IS IN THE NAME OF MY GRANDFATHER AND AFTER GRANDFATHER, THE RIGHTS ON THAT HOUSE WILL BE OF HIS 3 SONS BUT ONE SON BY FRAUD WITH THE HELP OF MUNICIPAL COMMITTEE CLERK, PAID THE HOUSE TAX ON THAT HOUSE IN HIS NAME I.E CLERK SHOWS ON THE HOUSE TAX RECEIPT THAT HOUSE IS IN THE NAME OF THAT SON.

So we want the house assessment copy as any other record for our house is not in the Patwari office the only record is in Municipal committee office.
Then we approach to the Secretary also, but he is also not providing us the same.

Sir Please how can I get our house record
Can we get that record from other office also, Pls guide is there any centralised data for the house assessment in the Haryana where we can get this copy

Pls help Sir on urgent basis

MC is having all the records regarding houses in haryana. You have rightly approached to MC. File a RTI application with the concerned MC and ask about the development of your earlier application if u have made with them, and if not file RTI application regarding supply of old record of the house along with certified copies and the document through which the ownership has been changed and if they do not provide file first appeal after completion of 30 days . there is not any other source of getting record. or through court you can summon the old record .
