krishna, 1. The Indian High Commission in Singapore should have a PIO and a AA: Singapore PIO Mr. Avinash Gill, First Secretary (HOC) Singapore FAA Mr. R.K. Sachdeva, Dy. High Commissioner indiahc@pacific.net.sg Tel: 6737 8696 Please try to hand over the RTI application under proper format to them and they have to accept it. If they are not accepting, then you can directly complain to CIC under Sec 18 of the RTI Act 2005. 2. Information requested by you regarding Vehicles, Independence Day Celeberations and Salaries (in another thread started by you) has to be disclosed. 3. Since the High Commission is located in Singapore, they might not be accepting the application fee in Indian Rupees but only in local currency - Singapore Dollars. You can make a RTI application with the unanswered queries and submit them to the PIO. |
